White Point/Royal Palms Beach, in San Pedro California, is one of the most interesting beach areas in southern California. It has very dramatic high tides, with huge waves pounding the sea rocks making spray and foam. On other days, like this low tide day, large rocks and boulders appear that you would never suspect was there. Tide pools appear, revealing small shell fish, starfish, sea cucumbers and more. The large boulders that appear allows rod and reel fishermen an opportunity to venture further out from the beach in search for larger fish.in the open sea. A scene as old as time.
Photography is my passion. The ability to capture a moment in time and record it for time immemorial has always fasinated me. To be able to share those moments with others is the next most rewarding thing. I want my images to evoke emotion, similar to what one feels when listening to good music.
