Artist's Description
The Central Coast Beaches are the areas between Los Angeles California, in the south and San Francisco California, in the northern part of the state. Some of the most beautiful and uncrowded beaches are in this area of the state.
This particular beach area was plus with flowering vegetation, rather than the sand that's more commonly seen. However, sand is just on the other side of the bluff in the image. The diagonal blue streak in the background is a unique cloud bank, which lined the sky for miles.
